what i love most about rare goes far beyond the dresses. there’s such a special energy inside this little shop: it’s creative, welcoming, and full of connection. i’m always excited for brides to experience the good vibes we work so hard to create.

i actually discovered my love for bridal in the most unexpected way. before joining rare, i spent nearly 10 years as a journalist + tv news anchor across wisconsin. after covering a story about strike (rare’s sister shop), i was left with such a lasting impression by the energy, inclusivity, and emotion behind the experience that icouldn’t stop thinking about it. when the opportunity came to join the team a few months later, i jumped at it - and quickly found a passion i never knew i had.

when i’m not at rare, you can usually find me trying a new restaurant, catching live music, a comedy show, or a bucks game. and honestly, i’m equally happy staying home binge-watching gilmore girls for the hundredth time.
